Once you’ve selected your lot and floor plan, Crosspointe Homes will work with you to finalize design details. At the same time, you’ll begin the financing process with your chosen lender. When your purchase agreement is signed, you’ll submit a deposit for your home and upgrades and receive your estimated closing date.
Yes, tours are highly recommended. Touring allows you to experience the floor plans, finishes, and neighborhood firsthand.
